Merge mpeg2 (svcd) Files with 2 audiotracks

Hello,

I want to merge two mpeg2 files from a SVCD source. The files contain two audiotracks.
I tried TMPGEnc but the merged file misses one audiotrack.

As a workaround, how can I merge two mpa files ?
