Hi there,

It's been a long time since I encoded subtitles. Now attempting a musical movie I'd rather keep the original English soundtrack on.

When selecting permanent subtitles and entering preview mode DVD2SVCD closes without notice, it does not even save the INI file.

Tried with bundled MPEG2DEC3 and with last release, just in case.

When going straight to Encoding phase it works. Any ideas?

Log file just in case:

I think this was a bug in DVD2SVCD build 2.

There is a thread floating around here somewhere about this problem with a build 2a, which kindly supplied by DVD2SVCD himself, fixes the problem.

Found it, thanks.

I searched before posting, but the thread has a typo: "previeuw".

It sucks when that happens.
