I know its probably old news but i'm so pissed at them that i'll post it anyway.

- http://www.exdim.com/20022/ (DVD PROFESIONNAL) -

$19.95USD and a complete RIP of not only 1 but 2 different software.

TMPGenc and DVDx

How can this company still possibly be alive ? Isn't there a way stop to a fraud like this one ? And I quote from their site:

Using this software to commercially duplicate copywritten materials is strictly prohibited.

They even say "As seen on NBC news"

Send an e-mail to the authors of TMPGenc and DVDx. Maybe they will take action, I doubt it but there's a chance.

Go the Better Business Bureau's web site and file a complaint. I'll do the same. If enough people bother them then maybe they will put some pressure on this company. I filed a complaint against a similar company which was ripping off DVD Decryptor and DVD Shrink, and the Better Business Bureau kept me very up to date of their investigation. The company no longer exists, at least not under the same name, and I'd like to think that my complaint might have had a part in that.

There is a better place to report these types of scams.

The page only has a few dialogs showing. Though I admit they look mighty familliar. They still have nothing on the Luxuriosity guy. Every single one of the apps he sells on ebay is derived almost completely from one opensource app or another. Often the only thing he changes is the Application name and all refferences to it. :P Either way it is quite sickening.
