Hi Lenox,
Just a small comment regarding GK (which I think should be a basis of any new development... it is widely used for a reason, phenomenal interface and usability!)
Whenever I open any .AVI file, I always get several "Access Violation" errors, which if I click "OK" for them all, the .AVI opens.
Also, with large .AVI files (>2-4 gigs), which I create when I capture to MJPEG, GK will only open the first section of the file and not the entire thing. Of course, I can get around it by manually tweaking the .AVS files and then adding them to the encoder. VirtualDub and VDUBMOD do not have any problems opening these files, and actually have built in MJPEG decoders (under 'extended options' when opening file). Any way to use their open source routines for opening large .AVIs??
Thanks a million...
