CRC error problems with 5.1 ac3

I am in need of some help before I go mad! I have demuxed a 5.1ac3 track from an avi with virtual dub. When I convert the ac3 into 6 wavs with Besweet I am getting quite a few CRC errors. The problem is both besweet and besplit correct the errors they find, leaving me with an audio file which is about 2.5 seconds short of the video length. Serious synch issues. Does anyone know of a way I can synch the the two up. I have tried several ways but to no avail. This is my log file;
