Enabling HT for p4 2.4 Ghz 533FSB

winDVD tell me that this chip supports HT but not enabled , how do i enable it or is just a detected capability??

Are you sure they not talking about P4 2.4Canterwood? Even if you do know how to turn it on, it might mess up your processor because it wasnt built for that kind of operation. The canterwood model is 800 FSB, so by telling me yours have 533, I think its northwood.

All of the P4s always had HT, but not until recently was it enabled, there is no way to enable HT in processors that Intel has not specifically enabled.

Yeah, it would be nice if there was a working mod exists for an older Northwood's and Willamette chips...
