I have a DVD Drive and a CD Burner. The drive detection screen hangs the first time I turn on the computer. I turn it off, back on and it hangs again. I turn it off, back on and it gets past the screen and Windows loads. What's happening is, the first two boots the CD Burner is not being recognized. By the third boot I see the Burner's light blink and then it gets past the hardware detection. On the 1st two attempts the light doesn't blink and I can't open the cd tray. I've messed with the Master/Slave settings on the drives and it hasn't helped. This didn't used to happen. I think it might have started happening when I installed a new (used) Video Card. It's been about 6 months and I'm finally sick of it. Any suggestions?
