XCD and Cd label problem

Since I installed XCD filters My cd Drives do not recognize the CD Labels and the aautorun files. I think this problem is related to the filters but I´m not sure, has this problem happened to anyone else.

This has nothing to do with the DirectShow filter, as it does not interfere with the CDFS driver. However, seems you've turned off the auto insert notification for that drive (or some recording/DVD player software, which usually ask for it when installed). This has the effect you are talking about (you must run the autorun manually by clicking the right button over the CD drive, and update the window (F5) to get the volume label). You can turn it on again several ways, such as by installing the TweakUI utility from Microsoft.

Yes, i had the same "problem" as you, and it doesn't have to do with XCD filters, is just a windows issue. You have surely turn off the autorun for CD-ROMs.

It seems that some program I´ve installed has turned of the autorun I just fixed it using regedit and all work again
