Undersized Xvid Encoding

Hi,
I selected the settings according to the guide on this site. But my 700 mb Xvid turned out to be only about 605 mb. Anyone know why the encoding made the file so undersized?

Just a guess... that you did not do a compressibility test. See this thread on undersized files (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=24584) from the DivX forum, as the issues are similar.
