Hello I am new to your forum and would like to introduce myself =)
I posted here because I am new and I need some advice.
The advice I need is probably easy for some of you to reply to.
I want to start copying VHS and burn DVDs for some family and friends from home and make some money and maybe go a little further. I need the money for school.
As of now I have a new computer that I am sure can handle the captureing a burning portion of the process. I also resently bought a Aver Media video capute card. I tried to capture a movie and it seemed to work when I notice the picture quility was not that good as the original and the sound was not matching the picture. The card I bought only has video input and not sound. The sound enters through the sound card. My first question is the caputure card only haveing video input and not sound input the problem? Since this $55 card and program didn't work as well as I hoped, what do you think I should do? I just need to capute video from a vhs tape player to my computer to burn DVDs. I will mostly be doing wedding videos and special ocasions. What do I need to just do this basic task with out losing quilty? Please let me know what I should do or buy to achive this little goal of mine =). Also give my names of the products and maybe a price range?
