ntsc playback on a pal xbox

when i play ntsc dvds on my pal xbox the jerkyness you normal see with ntsc dvd is like 3 times as bad..

is there any sollution for this?

i tried some app to change my pal xbox into a ntsc xbox and tho the jerkyness is gone the output quality is a lot worse..

That's the tradeoff. NTSC has more framerate for less resolution, and PAL has more resolution for less framerate.
