Same frame reapeats itself

Greets to all!

I setup a batch of 40 movie clips to re-encode from 3000kbs 640x480
to 1000kbs 512x384. When I got here this morning.. the batch didn't encode properly. Each clip had the first frame of it, repeat itself in all the the clip. I also notice the final output file size was alot smaller the I usually get for a 15 min clip at 1000kbs.

I was just wondering, what did I do wrong. Was a Vdub bug or did I just set it up wrong? I don't know much about frozen frames but I'll check it out today. I suppose that could be the case too.

The problem is in the original avi's and worse than I tought. If you open the movie in vdub and scroll using shift -> it display the second keyframe troughout the entire movie. If I use the mouse to move the scroler to the middle of the movie, a diffrent frame is displayed and played troughout the entire movie too.

It works fine with media play.

Oh... and I forgot to mention. The original dvd are european (PAL) and encoded into divx avi's with the original frame rate. I also put a keyframe every 30 frames in order to cut my clips at the closest second.
