DVD player problem

HI,
I have16/48 artec DVD, I use this for play my original DVD film; the problem is when I have see about half film, on screen I see various suqare pixel, end the film freeze...if I see film on mu CDRW-DVD, al go perfect...why??

Check if it happens only with a (dual-layered) DVD-9 ... maybe your drive is dying and can't focus properly on the second layer after the layer break.

Hi,
I try also to backup and Decss my film on normal 4.7Gb empty DVD and the problem is always present : the film hang after about 45-50 mins...I have also update firmware...but nothing....
