View Full Version : Scenarist and still menus with audio?

I see in the guide for this software that it says you can add a still menu and add audio as usual, but it won't let me. How would I add an audio track to a still menu (like in ReelDVD, you would add a still as a slide show and it would be cool, but in Scenarist if you do that, it doesn't see it as a menu). So, how would you do it?

Thanks

nope, it says "Still show track shall not have audio stream"

anybody else?

yeah, i oculd do that, but i find it odd that i can do something in reeldvd, that i can't in scenarist.

the reason i'm using scenarist is cuz reeldvd didn't like one of my video fils for a real stupid reason. i encoded it at 7000 kbps, but it seems it's encoded at 9400 kbps now. and reeldvd said the bitrate was too high. tried everything, don't wanna reencode, so i guess i'll just do it this way.

thanks for you knowledge. where would i change it so i can have audio in a still menu, or do you not know?

thanks

thanks man - the video menu will work of course, but there must be a way. i tried making a slide show with the pic instead, but i can't do button links with that in scenarist.

DVD-standard differs between still-shows and slide-shows.
In ReelDVD, which I use, it is changed automatically when you add an
audio-track to a still-show. I guess that in Scenarist you have to do
it manually, maybe even during importing the asset.

Hope this helps,
