Can't tell you what to do about it, but I can tell you what they mean - The warnings are just about subtitles that cross a chapter boundary - happens all the time - I wouldn't worry about those. The only reason it's an issue is that if you skip to the chapter, you won't see the subtitle because it "started" before the chapter.

The errors are complaining about the subtitle attributes - apparently PGC2 has a different language set for the subtitles (or maybe some other attribute, but language is probably the best bet) than PGC1 had, which is not allowed.
