Scenarist: setting duration for a title

I have a m2v file of over 2 hours. I want to use only an hour out of it. After I pulled the file into track editor, I set the start tile and the duration of the video to the exact time and frame I want it to end. I checked after making vob of that track. What happens is it starts at the specific start time, but it doesnt end exactly at the frame I want it to stop at. It post rolls one or two seconds of video after the end point. So how do I set the start and end point exactly where I want the video to start and end at? I wish there is an end set point just like there is start set point.

I could be wrong here, but I would assume the start and end marks would change to the nearest I frame, just like it does with chapter points. The only way to fix that would be to encode your file again but this time putting a chapter point where you want the end point to go.

Though there could very well be a simpler answer, this is just my first thought on the problem.
