where can i get Scenarist NT

Hi i might be thicker than two short planks here but i can't find any site to download Scenarist NT from. Do you have to pay for this software or is there some sort of free version that will work for using with doitfast4u etc.

Scenarist costs about $20,000 (US) I think, and there is no free version, as you'd expect for software of that price.
