A real quickie, Scenarist bitching about last GOP length

I have a dvd shrinked movie I'd like to add some more stuff like subs and/or dubs but when I demux the m2v stream and import it to Scenarist, it keeps bitching about the GOP size at the end of the movie. Is there any quick (and painless :D) solution for this? I know reencoding works (did it with a 700 meg ripped sg1 episode) but I dont want to reencode just beacuse of this... :confused:

Error : Number of fields (38) in GOP(# 12634) or between sequence_header_code should be equal or smaller than 30.
Warning : Number of SequenceEndCode is 0.
