Hi,
I want to know how to active the seek option on scenarist (if it exists)
On my dvd backups, when i take the slider of my dvd player, i can seek a position into my dvd.
But, here, i make a complete authoring and finally i can t seek a position... I can with the mpv but i can t with the vob/dvd.

After a few tests, i seems to be a problem with timetable...
In my IFO, i have no time table, no menu pgci unit table, no menu cell adress table, and no menu vobu adress table.
I think this is one of these tables who can solves my problem.
But i don t know how to create them into Scenarist. I think it s possible because when i make a dvd9 backup, i haven t this problem...

I'm not sure if i'm correct, but i think that if you put 2 or more PGCs in a single title(i.e a multi-pgc title) then this problem occur... It's better to create, for each PGC, a different Title folder under VTS folder...

Perhaps you are right, i have 1 VTS with 6 titles and 3 PGC per title... But my structure is done so i don t want to recreate all.
But it s not really a problem but i like whan all features work...
I ll make tests in my next "creation" :)

You can check also the manual of Scenarist, where it says that the DVD specifications don't support multi-pgc titles, but this rule can be tweaked, leading though to not having proper (or not at all) time display... So i guess, this is your problem

thank you for your lighting.
I made new tests this morning and i think that i finally find the problem.
In fact i have test multi title, multi cell, multi program.
It doesn't work when i don t put chapter into my film. In fact, my film is cut in 3 mpv, and i want to put into a same title.
The only solution that i find is putting chapter to force scenarist to create timetable and it seems to be right.
I dont know if you understand my bad english

It is me again, i fact i made a mistake :)
It is only the multi-pgc in a title the problem ! But if i make VTS > multi title and each title with only one PGC with several program.
And now it is ok.
thank you for your help
