Stills Gallery No Longer Still

I have a disc with a stills gallery, but I played around with the menu in order to remove some screens/options that I don't want, and although everything else works perfectly, the stills gallery now plays as a regular movie without waiting for the user to press 'next chapter' to display it. (Ie; the pictures just roll off really quickly with no pause in between each one).

Does anybody know how to return the pictures back to stills mode (presumably something in IfoEdit/VobEdit)?

(And also, why has this happened anyway?)

Well it looks like restoring the original IFO solves the problem, but I'd still like to know where in that IFO it is recorded that the VOB is to be played back as stills. Anyone got any ideas....?

Is the still gallery a menu or a movie? If its a movie, I'd consider making it as a menu.

It's a movie.

I don't want to go changing things, I just wanted it back as it was originally (which I have now done).
