hey all...deinterlacing help

hey, i've been trying to learn stuff about deinterlacing...the film type is interlaced and appears on all frames...i've tried fielddeinterlace() but i didn't get good results. the picture seems blurry in high motion and i also noticed slight flickering in certain scenes. is there anything else i could try?

And a lot of us are trying out - KernelDeint (http://neuron2.net/kerneldeint/kerneldeint.html)

The main parameters are
int order (1 for TFF, 0 for BFF)
int threshold (0-255) - you get less deinterlacing the higher the number
bool map - true to show map of which pixels will be deinterlaced
