Replace "Preprocess of divx5" by avisynth filter ?

To improve my bad tv reception, I use the preprocess source (extreme) in the divx5.
But I want to encode my mpeg2 source in mpeg with CCE to make a dvd. So how can i replace te préprocess source ? with which filter ?

I used some filter before, but there was too slow wheras the divx5 method is very quick.

Use BlindPP() from the MPEG2Dec3 package.

Ok thank you, i also test the Deen plugin. It seems to be ok for me.
