Is there a one click solution to making a pal disc into a ntsc disc?

Well, that was short and to the point. Is there an easier way to do it. I tried inserting the two lines into my avisynth script like I had read, but it didn't do anything.

I thought I saw where Mr Bass had posted somewhere that an easy conversion method was on the way, probably via DVD2DVD.

but its not a one click solutions (personally i dont think they exist - opinion) hehe, it takes two clicks to start the program.
