DVD Decrypter uses the proper 29.97 fps value for its chapter times.

Thanks you so much for your input. However, I'm not more confused what's going on... :-(

All my CCE chapter points will be wrong if I use DD 3.1.6. I didn't really understand your answer on that thread until now, because I thought the frame# is an absolutely value which is independent of the frame rate (unless, of course, if you want to do "convert to FILM"). Now I wonder if CCE is assuming my stuff is in 30fps instead of 29.97fps...
Also, DD doesn't generate the DF timecodes which is something the thing that I actually want, since if I manually put in the values from "Chapter Information - Scenarist.txt" those are still wrong as they're in NDF format...

Ive never seen frame numbers stored in the ifo, I personally use the time (duration or whatever) values. Therefore frame rate play a big part in the frame number calculated.
I used to use 30 fps but some clever chap pointed out that this was infact wrong and that I should be using the 29.97.
As for the drop frame stuff, you'd better have an word with Eyes`Only. If there is something I can do in my program going by something detected in his, I'll do it.
