Error with Ifoedit

I want to add a plus sub to a dvd, and after I remux it with vobedit and try to reauthor it without any change Ifoedit stops with an error:Too many framedrops.......Data will arrive too late.....:confused:

this means theres either a timing or length mismatch on the sup file
