Hi to all
I've a little problem. I'm using mainconcept mpeg2 encoder because I found it very fast. But now I've a problem :(
While I'm converting a divx to vcd I saw that I had to resize it adding 16:9 bars (because the final image was stretched).
But I don't know how I have to do.....Who can help me?
And, ever with mainconcept mpeg2 encoder, how can I convert a ntsc divx to pal divx (23.976 fps to 25 fps)?
