Matroska and mpeg2

Is it possible to transmux a mpeg2 (not a vob, a mpeg file with one mpa audio stream) to a matroska container (to add a ssa stream ^^ ) and... how?:D

I am actually working on that right now :) At first it will only do a elementary stream.
