Hi.

I recently used the Backup mode of SmartRipper to tranfer a DVD to my hard disk and what I want to do now is to use the Movie mode of SmartRipper to rip the only the movie out of the vobs, as if I was using the DVD as input. How do I make SmartRipper (or any other program) to use the hard drive's vob files as input ?

Thanks in advance.

Don't know about other programs, But I used to do this all the time with SmartRipper.

Make sure you don't have a DVD in your drive (or a virtual drive mounted, or any files in C:\VIDEO_TS). Start Smart Ripper and you should get a message about no DVD found. Click Okay, then click the folder icon next to the reload field in the upper right corner, and select the directory where you put the backup.
