I have a sony dw-u10A which is the same hardware but different firmware as the DRU-500A. Using Memorex 4X -R's 2 out of 6 discs have failed. At 2X they all work fine, only at 4X they fail sometimes. Is this the media, the firmware, the hardware? Or is burning DVD's at 4X just somewhat more risky? Thanks.
