Really weird multi angle

I just got Enemy of the State _1998 its an older disk since its used. And what is weird is that it HAS multi angles on it (according to smart ripper and dvd decrypter).. BUT for some reason non of my dvd players computer or otherwise will see these other angles.

Is there a way to rip these out of the dvd and compile them with dvd decryptor(since this program seems to see the movie in a way that should allow for this ex. in chapter one (angle one) it says cell 1, 2, 3, and in chap one (angle two) it says cell 1, 2, 4.. and this type of stuff comes around in most of the other chapters) the lost cells from angle two add about 10min+ to the movie.. how do i capture these or would it be just a big pain in the arse...

Sorry, I dont get your point here?
If you want to rip Angle 1, just rip it :-/
If you want Angle 2, rip it.

If you just want the differences between the two, you'll need to deselect everything and then just select cell 3, rip it, deselect it, rip cell 4, compare and contrast.

no youve got the point sort of.. but what i wanted to do is to make a movie that included all the cut scenes fromt eh second angle stream... however, i cant seem to do that... but ive given up on it.. i just watched them and non are important to teh movie..(deleted scenes i think that should of been on a special features section)...

actually the 2nd angle on this movie is when there is a scene description like one scene says "... something 6pm" and angle 1 is english the 2nd angle is the french words
