Found a new variation of DVD formatting...a double layer disc with one HUGE title...5.7GB! It's episodal, so the one title contains 5 episodes, and I want to split it. Anyone know how?

Well I believe you could have split it with DVD Decrypter where you can choose the file size as 1GB splitting. That way you will have 5 files instead of 1. Or if there is anything you can take out as far as streams I would try that.

I think you mean you have 5 titles in one titleset. At the moment DVDShrink is really the easiest tool to do this, using reauthor mode. From your description the episodes could be split onto 2 discs without compression.

what DVDShrink tells me in re-author mode is that "title2" is 5300+MB!
??? There's no separation.
These are the files:
VIDEO_TS.BUP 6 KB
VIDEO_TS.IFO 6 KB
VTS_01_0.BUP 84 KB
VTS_01_0.IFO 35,948 KB
VTS_01_0.VOB 1048,544 KB
VTS_01_1.VOB 1048,544 KB
VTS_01_2.VOB 1048,544 KB
VTS_01_3.VOB 1048,544 KB
VTS_01_4.VOB 1048,544 KB
VTS_01_5.VOB 1048,544 KB
VTS_01_6.VOB 1048,544 KB
VTS_01_7.VOB 1048,544 KB
VTS_01_8.VOB 103,430 KB
This is what DVDShrink reads in re-author mode:
Title 1 5 MB
Title 1 (continued) 92 MB
Title 2 5,480 MB
Title 3 34 MB
Title 4 29 MB
Title 5 29 MB
Title 6 31 MB
Title 7 28 MB
Title 8 29 MB
Title 9 555 MB
Title 11 88MB
Title 12 90MB
Title 13 74MB
Yeah, so no, It's not one titleset with multiple titles...I tried splitting it up by removing VOBs, but it would just crash on playback in ifoedit... Any help? Is there anyway to remove chapters from a VOB?

If you don't care about menues, separately rip the 5 PGCs with DVD Decrypter in IFO mode. Then follow this guide (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?s=&postid=349432#post349432) of mine.
When it refers to joining the parts, of course join your PGCs in 2 groups (one for each disk you want to make).
If you want to have a chapter for each episode (the simpler way), follow the instructions to create one title and then adjust the number of chapters, if you want to have a title for each episode, each one with different chapters, follow the instructions to create more than one title.
Repeat the process for each disk :)
