DVD Burning Freeware

Is there a freeware program that will allow me to burn .vob files from my hardrive after ripping them using programs like DVD Decryptor? Also, if anyone knows a way to burn using DVDX Copy or DVDX Copy Express using a similar method, please let me know. Thanks to all.

this (http://www.doom9.org/mpg/dvdburn.htm) guide explains how to create an image from a video_ts folder on your hard drive using imgtools. you can then burn using dvd decrypter.
