Hi, just wnated to report this. although the realmedia and matroska splitter are much more important to me.
i tested this filter with 99min XCD containing and Xvid OGM the other day, and, everything went fine until the last 15% of the movie. Then I got some video decoder message which was too quick to read and weird blocks in the image.
When I switched back to the 'original' filters everything went smoothly.

:D
Just to report one advantage of CDXA over the "traditional" xcdsrc.ax:
The company I work for is supplied with really crappy hardware. The CD-ROM's (kind of LG) is not capable of playing back Mode2CD content by xcdsrc.ax, and using dat2file, the drive will stall at some point.
However, using gabest's CDXA filter, I was able to use at least dat2file to extract the CD to HD. Direct playback was ultra-skippy, though. But in general, CDXA workes better in this particular case.

how did I lure this kind of suspicion on me
And, you watch videos at work?! :D
BTW have come to think that this disc i used for the test is really crappy, 'cause with the original filter i also encountered some of these decoder lag messages. However i don't get them when copying the fiel to hd with dat2file.
