I have a pioneer DVD-104 and have burnned over 200 DVD`s.
I have noticed that the lastest burns are not playing on my standalone. The latest ones are pausing or freezing and sometimes skipping ahead.
I am using the same blank DVD`s from the same lot so the media has not changed. My software and firmware is unchanged.
The Question I`m asking is this.
Can the laser degrade ove usage and cause weaker writes. Is their a way to test this.
Any ideas would be appreciated.
