placeholder error in scenarist

I am a newbie at this dvd9 to dvd5 conversion so please bear with me.
I have gone through all the instructions on "the big 3" conversion. I am at the part where i loaded everything into Scenarist and I get one track that has that "placeholder" on it. It mentions this in the instructions but doesn't mention how to fix it. Can anyone maybe run me through how to fix this so I can finish up this project??

You're probably using an older RA version? The newer version doesn't have this problem.

But anyway the problem is that scenarist has recognised some piece of video as being a placeholder. I think it's a very short piece of video. You can fix it by right mouse clicking on the video in the data editor and choose placeholder -> data

I am using RA version 1.0.0

As for fixing it in the data editor, the question is which one is it in the data editor?? they files all look different then the track editor.

For example the file in question is labeled "VTS_03_PGC_01" in the track editor and is the one with the different icon then the rest. all the files in the data editor are like "VTS__03_P01.4~3_1.MPV"

what do you think??

I would suspect it to be either a no-ccce file or a file called *.mpv.m2v (in which case you're using an old docc4u version)

still having the problem, anyone else have any ideas.

this is an ntsc project by the way if that helps and i have all the latest programs for "the big 3"
