Menu Tables are not copied to ifo when updating

After i update the ifo's for the movie (which i get no problem when preforming). The menu will not work. I have no idea why i have all of the ettings correct but it still will not work. If this has already been asked before i apologize but i searched alot and coulndt find anything. Any help would eb appreciated.

It is hard to find out what is wrong from your post. Could you be more precise? Did you reencoded or transcoded the movie? What tool did you use? What exactly did you do?
