Hi,
is it a good idea to reencode the audio from these files?
I hope to get the files smaller.

I have 13 files of the following type:

Video: DivX 3 Low-Motion
Audio: divx (same as wma) (0x0161) DivX Networks
Interleave: OpenDML AVI

And I have 13 files of the following type:

Video: DivX 4 (OpenDivX)
Audio: PCM Audio
Interleave: OpenDML AVI

And how to do thes reencode? With software do I need?
(GordianKnot is installed)

Audio: PCM you can try to reencode these, as they are uncompressed audio (although this doesnt mean that the sources werent also a lossy audio format...)
