Strange diagonal lines

Hello,
I tested some Capture-Programs with my HauppaugeBT848-Card. With some programs like Virtualdub and VirtualVCR I see this strange lines. What's wrong? bTV works, but it crashes after capturing so I like to use programs like Virtualdub and VirtualVCR.
Can someone help?

It looks to me like virtualdub is connecting to the wrong source on your TV-Card, or this is the tuner without any station tuned in. Try going to Video-->Source, and picking the right one (S-Video/Composite/Tuner) and see if that helps.

It is also possible that the card may be set to NTSC instead of PAL.

I have always chosen PAL, that's not the problem, an dI have also tried different sources!

- another capture-resolution
- overlay/preview
- another colorspace (RGB/YUY ...)

Yeah! It works now! I have installed the new Hauppauge-drivers instead of the BtWinCapture-Driver! But I have a second problem there is no sound! It should go over the auxiliary-connection(I don't know the word).
