View Full Version : join multiple ogm's without losing audio synch?

i want to join 47 ogm's. each contains a divx5-video-stream and an ogg audio-stream (90kbps). each is in synch if i play it seperately. as soon as i join all of the clips, the synch gets worse the further i play the file. i tried

- virtualdubmod 1.5.1.1.a with 'append segment' for all clips
- virtualdubmod 1.5.1.1.a with 'append segment' for sets of 10 clips and a join of the 5 chunks afterwards
- ogmerger 0.9a5

all ended up with a lost synch so i'm running out of ideas. is it possible to join so many files without losing the av-synch?

if not, which container/audio-combination is able to survive 47 joins?

it seems to be the same problem as described here (http://virtualdub.everwicked.com/index.php?act=ST&f=5&t=3318&). then it would be more of a vdubmod-bug than a container problem and this post would be in the wrong forum.

i'll try the mkv tip posted there to see if this works.
