Does anybody know if there are any cards that can capture the PAL RGB signal that comes out of a SCART contact? My (generally crappy) UPC set top box can only output composite and RGB. I know there are some RGB to S-video boxes available, but they are not very cheap, and I suppose the quality would be better if I just use the RGB signal.
