How to calculate a good i,p,b frames parameter in XviD??
Can someone tell me??

Try reading the Snowbeach Guide (http://snowbeach.gmxhome.de/MPEG-4_XviD_Koepi_24062003-1_Encoder_Guide_ver20030702.pdf) . IPB stuff usually depends on the framerate which your encoding, and what sort of quality your going for or how much compression you need.

I always encoded below 900kbps movie/anime and using this I,P,B Frames parameter !!
Is it can get a best quality??

Max B-Frames : 2
B-Frames quant ratio : 120
B-Frames offset : 60
B-Frames threshold : 40

Min I-Frames : 2
Max I-Frames : 6
Min P-Frames : 2
Max P-Frames : 6
