hello again
i am sticking with the same conversion until i can get the results i am looking for from various filter combinations to produce a 1cd svcd using dvd2svcd and / or the d2sroba program.

and to save a bit of time i am wondering how i can reuse the Encoded_audio_1.mp2 i have already produced

thanks

I suppose once the audio conversion stage is reached, you could halt the entire conversion process, edit the ini file to allow you to resume from any point, and then resume from after the audio steps. It's really not the best of ideas, however, especially considering that the audio stage isn't all that lengthy a step.

Besides that, for testing filters, etc., there's no reason to convert the entire video. It's rather a waste of time. Just convert a few minutes of it per test.

how would i convert just a few minutes from an entire dvd though
i would want to do a couple of % to see if i was getting down to the right size.
