Divx Making VDubMod freeze

Hi I have reason to believe that there may be a fault in my version of Divx. Here's the story in this thread:

You mentioned you were using the Kauehi version of DivX when you ran into trouble, and that XviD encoded fine. Here's what I would do: Rerun your encode, using the production DivX 5.05 codec rather than Kauehi. If it encodes successfully, report your problem with as much detail as possible to the DARC team at www.divxlabs.com.You should be aware that DivX Labs codecs are made available to the public "...before they are ready for primetime."

Yeah sorry about that. I had switched to Divx 5.05 then ran that test with the 1-pass quality based and had it work. Maybe I should try an older version, perhaps just divx 5?
