I'm wondering if any DVD2SVCD users have noticed any difference when using CCE matrices geared towards SVCD bitrates. In particular when doing 1-2 disc SVCD encodes from DVD.
Would appreciate any feedback from personal experience on the following matrices:
Andreas SVCD Matrix (Information was in another language)
Angel SVCD Matrix (Information was in another language)
Very Low Bitrate (for 4mbps and below)
Ultra Low Bitrate (for 2mbps and below)
