Before upgrading to DVD Decryptor v3.1.6.0, the buffer would never be used and CPU usage would be about 30%. I've since upgraded to 3.1.6.0 (I haven't been doing a lot of movies lately), and while ripping CPU usage was @ 80% and the buffer was being fully utilized. This put a horrible lag on my machine, something I had not experienced before. I've always used SPTI interface, but tried ASPI when this occurred with no change. My machine is a P3 mobile, 256MB RAM, data drive is a 7200rpm 60GB FireWire drive. Was something altered in the newest release to cause this drastic change in system resource use while decrypting a DVD?
