Hi,
I've added a couple of tools into Nandub 1.0rc2.
The first one is a stats file analysis tool, you can find it under Video->SBC Options->Stats Analysis...

The second one is an AVI file splitter tool. It can split a large avi into several ones, as it cares about key frame boundaries, it's very useful if you want to quickly split 1x1400 MB AVI into 2x700 MB, for example.

If you're interested, here're the download links:

download nd.zip - the bare executable (paste over Nandub v1.0rc2 in the installation)or
nd_src.zip - sources

I'll be glad to here some comments.

Best regards,

there is already a nandub1rc3 (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=41119) and a nandub2 (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=56610) out!

btw. providing only an .exe installer isnt a great idea imho...

Well, in the time I've given a name to this release I didn't know about these versions. Anyway I provide the bare executable (not installer) just for testing here - you know - gathering some oppinions, bug info, etc. I even don't know if people will like this piece of software, so I've published it here.

btv. the AVI splitter tool is under Tools->Avi Splitter

Except the stat analyser & file splitter
the rest is unchanged? right?

Absolutely.

I've added both tools over the original 1.0rc2 sources from sourceforge.net. I changed the release to rc3 (optional), incremented the build version and added shortcut keys to the 'SBC Options' submenu items. That's the only tweak over the old code.

The exe only zip archive contains Nandub 1.0 rc3 executable compiled with VS6 SP5 plus Processor Pack (as recommends the Nandub About box). As a summary if you want to use this version you are safe to copy it over the old rc2 one. It uses the same libraries, files, etc.

My account in Angelfire has been disabled for "violation of Angelfire's Terms of Service". Strange that a video editing tool can be so abusive :-)))
