Noob need Help!!

Hi!

I have a big problem, I have search all over this forum but can't
fint something that could help me...

When I tries to backup my DVD's I gets a strange error message.
I make all the steps in the doom9 guide and after that I tries to
run the authriesd DVD in powerdvd player....and powerdvd says:

Error 89030000 - Unknown File Format.

I have even tried to run the files after I had copied them to the harddrive,
before I start to encode them but I got the same Error message.. :(

I can remember a post like this. Had somethin to do with empty ifo files. Open your ifo file with ifoedit and see if anything's in it

The ifo file isn't empty there are a lot of text in it... :)

How did you copy the files to your harddisk?

I made a iso file with DVDDecrypter then after that I opend it in deamon tool and then in DIF4U....

I Fixed it, it was the anticpoy protection that made a mess....
but whit DIF4U v 1.1.7.0 could u choose create VTS from encrypted dvd and then it will work :)

Yes that's what I thought. That's why I asked how did you copy the files to your HD:sly:
