Is it nessessary to manually edit the "Chapter Information - CCE.txt" files regarding the chapter points? This is what I have for Austin 2:

chapter=0:
chapter=8387:
chapter=13208:
chapter=18771:
chapter=22785:
chapter=31365:
chapter=35106:
chapter=39052:
chapter=42729:
chapter=45595:
chapter=51270:
chapter=55615:
chapter=62567:
chapter=70539:
chapter=71732:
chapter=77569:
chapter=80975:
chapter=88692:
chapter=92603:
chapter=96214:
chapter=105114:
chapter=111481:
chapter=114621:
chapter=122973:
chapter=128112:
chapter=135114:
chapter=140903:
chapter=148545:
chapter=152151:
chapter=158175:
chapter=170851:

And this is what IFOEdit/IFOUpdate says:

[Ch 01] [Pg 01] [Cell 01] [V/C Id: 1/ 1] : time: 00:04:39.26 / 30 fps [Pos: 00:04:39.26] [Frames: 8396]

(omitting the rest)

Some of those are way off (like chapter 3 and 4), while all the others are off too. I wonder if that's going to affect the exact starting point for each chapter (and the cells as well) during the Scenarist step, or the difference is intentional.

Same thing happens with the RA-generated ECL and the ADJUSTED-CCE-FILM.TXT ->

ECL ->

And I can't just copy&paste in this case since frame_last=136832 and encode_last=136832 are too small for the ADJUSTED-CCE values.

I know somehow DVD Decrypter might come into play with this, but I'm not sure where... :-(

Thanks for any reply!

Turns out the latest (3.1.6) is bugged. It generates bad celltimes. Downgraded to 3.1.4 is all fine now.

Do you know if 3.1.5 is buggy as well. Dif4u requires 3.1.5 and up.

Actually it requires 3.1.4 and up. Sorry I'm not sure about 3.1.5, but I'm sticking with 3.1.4 from now on since 3.1.6 fixes some bugs introduced by 3.1.5 so I'd think 3.1.5 is not all that bug-free (relatively anyway). 3.1.4 works for me flawlessly with Austin3 so far.

To the best of my knowledge - and after someone else complained (!) the TRUE framerate is 29.97fps and not 30. Thats why DVD Decrypters values are different. Its hardly a bug, more a different way of calculating the 'correct' values.

So that's why I have absolutely no problems at all with PAL 25=25 that's at least clear:D

Where can I find version 3.1.4? I've been to the site but they seem to only have 3.1.6 available - I've been using 3.1.6 and havent really noticed any problems - yet

I'm also having a problem with the chapters. IFOUpdate gave me different chapters compared to those that DVDDecrypter gave, and the ones ReAuthorist gave. I'm not sure if I should stick with using the ReAuthorist chapters, or the IFOUpdates or DVDDecrypters. I am so confused about it. The chapters don't seem consistent, so I'm not sure what to do. Help? THx!
