Hi,
First of all I want to write the tools I use to create DVD's.
1. DVDMaestro 2.9.15a
2. DVD2SVCD 1.1.3 build 2
3. CCE 2.50 with a CCE 2.66 template.
My problem: equal time code format for Video and Audio.
This is what I have done
1. Loaded the AVI in DVD2SVCD
2. Made the time code 00:00:00
3. Extracted the Mp3 file inside the avi using Avi2Wav.
4. Encoded the extracted file with Sonics Soft Encode. Checked the timestamp and entered 00:00:00 for offset.
5. Used DVDMaestro to author the DVD.
6. Got a warning that the Timecode Format of the Video does not match the TimeCode format of the Audio.
I think it is strange setting the two Timecode Formats to 00:00:00 and still ending up with different Timecode Formats.
Why o why can somebody explain me.
I really beginning to dislike DVD Maestro. Perhaps I have to go to the cream of the cream and using Scenarist. But that means that all the time I have spent learning DVDMaestro would be spoiled.
Note: I also encoded with Sonic Soft Encode with no Time offset setting. When I load the file in DVDMaestro I do not get a warning, but there is no sync with the video. Even tough it is a very little out of sync. (I used create sync audio and assigned my sonic soft encode file to the video).
Please could somebody enlighten me.
