Packet Size

i encodding svcd-ntsc from tv capture (anime and cartoons) and always i set packet size to 2048. but i see "template" Super Video CD NTSC in cce and packet size low to 128 ... which the difference?
tnks and sorry for crap English. :)

ps: i using cce 2.67.00.11

I can't reproduce this. The packet size always stays at 2048 for me.
